Each serving size (1 softgel) contains: Vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopherol) 1 IU, Lutein 6 mg, Zeaxanthin 300 mcg. Other ingredients: Safflower oil, gelatin (capsule), glycerin, and water.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 to 2 softgels daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
