Each serving size (3 capsules) contains: Vitamins (A,C,D,E,K,B6,B12),Thiamin,Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, Choline, Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum, Lithium, Boron, Benfotiamine, Mixed tocopherols, Vitamin K2, Inositol, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, CoQ10, Alpha lipoic acid, N-Acetyl-l-Cysteine, Diindolylmethane complex. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule, microencapsulated magnesium, tri-magnesium citrate, ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily, with a meal.
