Directions
1. Squeeze the top and bottom of the pack together until a pop is heard, shake, and wear. 2. Remove pad from the bag. 3. Remove paper strip to reveal adhesive tape. 4. Place the perineal ice pack in underwear with the adhesive strip facing down. 5. Use for up to 20 or 30-minute intervals, 4-6 times per day as needed.
