For cold compress, the hat can be worn to relieve headaches, lessen stress, anxiety, and improve sleep quality. 5. For hot compress, the hat can be worn to alleviate pain and discomfort. 6. If needed, the hat can be pulled down over the eyes as an ice mask to relieve facial tension and migraines caused by light sensitivity. 7. To clean the hat, hand wash it with mild soap and warm water, and then let it air dry.
