Welcome to the Nutricity website (“Nutricity”, “us”, “we”, “me”, “Gofinch”).

Using or performing a purchase on a website nutricity.ee or some other Nutricity-related webpage (hereinafter “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Nutricity manages web stores that offer selected health, wellness, and supplement products in various regions, including Estonia web page. nutricity.ee proceed.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and visitors in Estonia and the European Union.

All products and website content are intended for persons aged 18 or older.

Nutricity reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the changes.

Nutricity’s products are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or alleviation of diseases in accordance with European Union legislation.

Consult a healthcare professional before using food supplements if:

  • You are shaving or feeding a baby with breast milk
  • Part is chronic or existing health problem
  • You are using prescription or over-the-counter medications

Nutricity and Gofinch are not responsible for any side effects resulting from the misuse of the products or failure to follow instructions.

5. Orders, prices, and payments

  • All prices are displayed eurodes (EUR)
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order is accepted.
  • The order will be considered accepted after it is confirmed and shipped.

We can cancel or postpone your order for the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability
  • Suspicion arose
  • Low prices or product descriptions

Paid invoices are processed securely through trusted European and international payment service providers.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Orders are delivered according to our Terms and Delivery Policy.

Lead time depends:

Nutricity is not responsible for delays that are not under our control.

7. Refunds and Returns

All refunds and reimbursements will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
