Thank you for shopping at Nutricity in Estonia. We are committed to the timely and reliable delivery of your orders.

Order processing (processing time)

All orders are processed 1–5 business days within the period (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation letter with tracking information.

Lead time (transit time)

Lead time depends on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 working days.

We deliver throughout Estonia and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are displayed in the checkout.

Track your order

After the order has been sent, you will receive the tracking number by email, which you can use to track the shipment in real time.

Fees, purpose, and details

All prices on nutricity.ee include applicable VAT and import fees if necessary. Delivery charges are usually not added.

Damaged, lost, or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or is missing or incomplete, we will gladly help you:

Damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost packages: If monitoring does not show updates or the order is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support.
Missing products: Regarding missing products, within 48 hours after receiving your order.

After inspection, we offer free replacement or reshipment without additional charges.
