Directions
To use, freeze the included gel pack for at least 2 hours. Place the TheraICE Headache Relief Hat on your head, positioning the gel pack over the affected area. Leave the hat on for 15-20 minutes, then remove and allow your head to return to normal temperature before reapplying. Avoid using the hat for more than 2 hours in a 24-hour period. Do not use if you have a skin condition or are allergic to cold temperatures.
