Insert: Holding the device, open your mouth, and place the SnoreSealer in your mouth such that the lip shield sits between your lips and teeth, and the shelves fit between your upper and lower molars. The triangle on the handle should point up. Activate: Close your lips. Move the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth, just behind your upper front teeth. Swallow. The suction feeling means it’s activated and will help keep the tongue up against the palate, supporting nasal breathing and an open airway. *If you're have any trouble "activating":. 1. Purse your lips, like sucking through a straw, and then swallow. 2. Align your top and bottom front teeth (which usually requires moving the bottom jaw slightly forward), and then swallow.
