Directions
Shake well. Hold 5 drops per 1000mcg (ex. 15 drops - 3000mcg) under the tongue for 90 seconds, then swish like mouthwash for another 30 seconds, then swallow. For best results take on an empty stomach. Can also be taken before exercise. Store in a cool, dry place (59-85 degrees) away from direct sunlight.
