Ingredients
Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg. Other ingredients: water, glycerin, ethanol, highly purified phospholipids, tocofersolan, natural mixed tocopherols.
Directions
Take 1-2 pumps by mouth. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional.
