Directions
This product is intended to be taken on the day you desire to be clean. Do not eat any large meals prior to taking. Instructions: Take 4 tablets with a 12 ounce glass of water on an empty stomach. Twenty minutes later take 3 tablets with 12 ounces of water. Wait another 20 minutes and take the remaining 3 tablets with 12 ounces of water.
