Prunus africana, is an evergreen tree native to the montane regions of sub-Saharan Africa and the islands of Madagascar, São Tomé, Bioko, and Grande Comore at about 900–3,400 m above sea level. The mature tree is 10–25 m, open-branched, and often pendulous in forest, shorter and with a round crown of 10–20 mdiameter in grassland. It requires a moist climate. Prunus africana is known by the common names African cherry, Pygeum, Iron wood, Red stinkwood, African plum, African prune and Bitter almond.

Directions
Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
