If it's too small, sound may leak and cause squealing. 2. **Compatibility**: These domes are compatible with ReSound LiNX2, LiNX3D, LiNX Quattro, and ENYA behind-the-ear models (both RIC and open fit tubing BTEs). They are not suitable for some RIC models with large square receiver ends. 3. **Cleaning and care**: To maintain optimal performance, clean the domes regularly. Remove them from the hearing aid, rinse with warm water, and gently dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using alcohol or harsh chemicals. Store in a clean, dry place when not in use. 4. **Battery replacement**: This product is battery-powered.
